3. Booking & Contract Agreement

Submitting an inquiry or request via our website does not constitute a binding agreement. A contract becomes valid only after confirmation in writing or via official email correspondence.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include applicable legal fees and taxes.
• Payment is required prior to the provision of services unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and card payments. Invoices are issued upon confirmation.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a confirmed service:

• Up to 72 hours before the appointment: Full refund.
• Less than 72 hours: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund, except for medical or legal emergencies.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information regarding the property and legal background.
• Edwin Raben is not responsible for errors due to incomplete or false documentation provided by the client.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring timely communication and documentation submission during the process.

7. Confidentiality & Legal Documents

• All communications and documents shared during consultation are treated as confidential.
• We do not disclose legal data to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.
• Use of provided documents outside the scope of the agreed legal purpose is not permitted.

9. Modifications
